Simplified Billing

We don't view flat fees as simply an alternative to hourly billing; they are the foundation of our firm. Many of the services we provide our clients are flat fee based and are not invoiced until we finish the job. Just some of the benefits of our flat fees include:

  • Unlimited e-mailing and conversations with your attorney without being billed for it
  • Unlimited face-to-face meetings with your attorney free-of-charge
  • Knowing exactly how much you will be billed  

Although not all legal services are suitable for a flat fee, many basic services can be delivered on a flat fee basis. We believe flat fees offer clients a measure of predictability and incentivize lawyers to efficiently move cases to a resolution.
