We help people solve their real estate problems.

Committed To Your Community

Real Counsel

Our years of experience and practical knowledge enable our community association clients to improve efficiency and address issues before they escalate into expensive problems. No matter how diligent your Board may be to managing its affairs, it may not be equipped to handle the complex legal issues that often arise in managing your community.   Does your association need guidance regarding real property law, corporate law, litigation, covenant enforcement or any other issue affecting your community? We can help.

We counsel our clients in the leasing, buying, and selling of real estate to ensure their interests and rights are protected. We put our experience to work enabling you to protect what is possibly your most valuable asset. Today's real estate market can be difficult to navigate and you don't need to take any unnecessary risks. Whether you are leasing, buying, selling, refinancing, or simply need an answer to a real estate question, Blackbird can help while potentially saving you money down the road.

Client Focused

Simplified Billing

Always Connected

We treat your business as our business. Our insight and dedication to collaboration help our clients achieve better and more efficient results.

We  make things easier on your check book. Flat fees so you know exactly how much it will cost and deferred billing so you don't pay until the job is done.

We embrace technology to stay connected to clients. Enjoy 24/7 access to account documents and reports from any computer or mobile device.

Simplified Billing

We don't view flat fees as simply an alternative to hourly billing; they are the foundation of our firm. Many of the services we provide our clients are flat fee based and are not invoiced until we finish the job. Just some of the benefits of our flat fees include:

  • Unlimited e-mailing and conversations with your attorney without being billed for it
  • Unlimited face-to-face meetings with your attorney free-of-charge
  • Knowing exactly how much you will be billed

Although not all legal services are suitable for a flat fee, many basic services can be delivered on a flat fee basis. We believe flat fees offer clients a measure of predictability and incentivize lawyers to efficiently move cases to a resolution. Enjoy the freedom of contacting your attorney without being billed for it!

Connected to our clients

The technological leaps forward of the last decade have fundamentally changed the ways in which law firms can interact with their clients.  We embrace technology and use it to create a more satisfying and productive client experience. Our online client portal is specifically designed to provide clients 24/7 access to the latest up-to-date account information from any computer, smartphone or tablet.  No longer will you have to call your law firm for updates or wait for month-end reports that do not include the latest account activity.  Enjoy the piece of mind knowing that immediate access to any letter, status report, or other account document is only a click away.
